Simple, flat pricing

All three worksheets are free forever. No account, no card, no trial clock and no cap on use, because the answer is what brought you here and putting it behind a login would be a bait. Venbix Pro is $49 a month for your whole team, billed monthly, and it is the record itself: every vendor with an owner, a category and a status; the documents against them with expiry dates that warn you before they lapse; contracts with their renewal and notice dates; onboarding stages; scorecards kept over time so a rating is a trend rather than an opinion; and export of all of it whenever you want. One flat price, every feature, however many vendors and however many people you put on it.

Should you just buy a procurement suite instead?

If you have a procurement function raising requisitions, routing approvals and matching invoices to purchase orders three ways, buy a procure-to-pay suite and do not read on. Venbix is for the business one step before that: you already buy from a lot of people, the buying itself works, and what is missing is a record of who they are, what they signed, when it renews and whether they are any good.

Competitor pricing read 2026-09-04: Precoro Core starts at $499 per month billed annually and describes itself as ideal for small teams, Automation at $999 per month, and its AP module at $499 per month (precoro.com/pricing); Tropic starts at $3,083 per month, priced on employee count (tropicapp.io/pricing). CobbleStone and Vendorful publish no price. Each figure is sourced in research/data/claims.tsv with its retrieval date; prices change and the vendor's own page is the authority.
