About Venbix

The vendor record for small businesses, and nobody else

Who it is for

A small US business with thirty to three hundred suppliers, keeping their documents, contracts and performance somewhere better than a spreadsheet only one person understands

Not a procurement department running requisitions and three-way matching, not a business shopping for a supplier in some category, not a compliance team screening counterparties, and not an enterprise buying a VMS for a contingent workforce

What it does not do

  • no purchase orders, no invoice processing, no accounts payable run, no spend analytics, no sourcing events, no e-signature

What is on this site

3 free tools, each working its figure on the page with no account, and Venbix Pro that keeps the record. All tools · Pricing.

  • Vendor scorecard: Turn five criteria and your own weights into one score out of 100 for a supplier, and see how far it sits above or below your review threshold.
  • Vendor due diligence checklist: Size the diligence a supplier actually needs from what it touches and what you pay it, then see how many checks are outstanding and how much annual spend is riding on them.
  • Vendor onboarding template: Score whether a supplier is actually onboarded: W-9, insurance with a date on it, bank details someone verified, a signed agreement and a named contact, against the annual spend riding on whatever is missing.

What Venbix Pro keeps

The worksheet scores one vendor on one day. Pro remembers it: the supplier, its documents and their expiry dates, the contract and when notice is due, the onboarding stage it reached, and every scorecard you have ever given it.
